What I'm Reading
Wow. Yes.
Cons: Language, a rather bitter rant about Christianity in the beginning, believability issues (skip the over explaining and cut to the action!), the same old oil-starved near-future dystopian wasteland society.
Pros: Easil...
Someone (I can't remember who at the moment) described the prose of this book as pulling you along, like a river. I probably would never have read this book on my own unless it hadn't been getting such high reviews, and once I got past t...
I was a bit shell-shocked by this end of this book. Horrified, thoroughly creeped out, and yet not totally depressed because N.D. Wilson doesn't let you get depressed.

I love this book. I think it's almost better than Invention of Hugo Cabret. The illustrations were gorgeous, as usual.
I wrote a (more coherent) review of Wonderstruck for the Exodus Books website.
